• Assess and calculate cycle times with confidence from visuals/CAD inputs.

• Provide strategic updates and potential obstacles to senior teams.
• Establish and uphold robust performance benchmarks and operations standards.
• Heighten productivity rates while eradicating excess scrap.
• Pioneer in new equipment/method selection processes.
• Create organized work processes to ensure seamless part transitions.
• Partner with the Quality team to enhance inspection schedules.
• Commit to propagating and implementing safety practices.

The Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s credential or equivalent professional expertise.
• Solid experience in the machine shop domain.
• 5-10 years in sophisticated CNC machining roles.
• Experienced handling of lathes/mills and programming.
• Courage in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing tasks.
• Adeptness in evolving machining concepts and technologies.
• Capacity planning insights and foresight.
• Proven effective intercommunication at all organizational tiers.
• Empowering leadership coupled with a dynamic, positive approach.
• Thorough problem-solving skills within a detail-focused mindset.
• Experience in TPM, Kaizen, and Setup Reduction methodologies.
• Powerful grasp of quality control, SPC & GDT practices.
• Command over ERP/MRP II systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and machination software.
