Case Manager Supervisor
: Case Manager Supervisor Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for organizing the daily operations of the Case Management team by directing co-workers, monitoring staff performance and patient care. This position functions as the first-line supervisor of the department operations and serves as a resource to the care team. Provides day-to-day supervision of social workers and case managers. Assigns and reviews casework, and evaluates patient progress. May assist in screening patients to determine appropriate services and treatments. Provides training for and evaluates the performance of providers. Assists the department director to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, policies, and regulations. Department: Case Management Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Bachelor's degree required; a minimum of 2 years clinical experience RN license required Pay based on applicable experience; starting at $33.73 Responsibilities Requirements:
