Northwest Illinois Family Nurse Practitioner Job-Laid-Back Lifestyle
An independent, 99-bed community hospital in Sterling, Illinois, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join one of its busy satellite clinics. With a robust network of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers across 35 specialties, this organization is deeply rooted in its mission to deliver quality care to the region. In addition to the hospital and main clinic, they operate 14 satellite locations throughout the service area.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient clinic-based position
- Full-time schedule – 4.5 days per week
- Join a busy, established practice
- Collaborate with an experienced APP already on staff
- Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Some after-hours phone call responsibilities required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000–$180,000, based on experience
- Bonus potential included
- Full benefits package available
