Habilitation Aide - Wilke - Rolling Meadows [Sun 7a-7p] (12hrs)
- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual's use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day. Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid IL driver's license required
- Must be 21 years of age
