Join our top-performing inside sales team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving® , where you’ll connect with inbound leads, explain what makes our service special, and turn conversations into scheduled jobs—all while having fun and learning valuable business skills.
🕐 Shifts Available (Choose Your Fit!)
- Day Shift: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 3 PM
- Evening Shift: Sun–Fri, 3 PM – 8 PM
- Part-time with flexible scheduling – ideal for students, athletes, or second job seekers.
💰 What You’ll Earn
- $18–$25/hr including uncapped commission (Hourly + Commissions)
- Paid WEEKLY
- Paid time off + growth opportunities

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads— no cold calling
- Explain our white-glove service and value
- Give accurate moving and junk removal quotes (verbal + written)
- Handle objections like a pro and close the deal
- Follow up until the job is booked
- Be a trusted guide during a stressful process
💼 What You Bring
- +6 months of sales, customer service, or team leadership experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills
- Enthusiasm and coachability (we’ll train you!)
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people
