Automotive Mechanic
Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and tune-ups.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications during repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive repair are preferred.
