About the Role: Annuity Services Specialist – Naperville, IL
The Annuity Services Specialist is responsible for all aspects of processing annuity business from application entry to settlement. You can expect to communicate daily with members and producers either verbally via phone or written correspondence to accurately service and maintain annuity contracts in a call center environment.

What It Takes to Succeed
To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate the ability to be accountable, mathematically inclined, analytical, highly detail oriented, creative, flexible, tactful, extremely organized, utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have a sense of urgency.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience in insurance, finance, or a related business field preferred.
• Leadership experience a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring range: $26.00/hour - $36.00/hour and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors.
• Workweek: 36.25 hours
