Key Responsibilities

Security Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizational assets and minimize risks.
Threat Management: Rapidly identify, analyze, and respond to security threats across complex infrastructures, driving reductions in incident resolution times.
Architecture and Engineering: Develop and maintain robust security solutions that improve system resilience and enable secure business operations.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to key industry standards (e.g., HiTrust, PCI, NIST) while enhancing compliance rates and reducing audit findings.
Cloud Security Expertise: Design and implement security measures for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), addressing cloud-specific risks and maintaining compliance.
Automation and Tooling: Leverage advanced automation tools to optimize security operations, boosting efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with security vendors and collaborate effectively with DevOps, IT, and business teams to achieve security goals with minimal operational disruption.
Emerging Technologies: Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as AI/ML-driven security solutions, to enhance security capabilities.

Required Experience and Skills

Proven track record of leading large-scale cybersecurity programs that have significantly reduced risk.
Hands-on experience in incident response and threat management with measurable success in mitigating threats.
Expertise in designing secure, scalable architectures and maintaining them across diverse environments.
Advanced knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks, including HiTrust, PCI, and NIST.
Familiarity with highly regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are strongly preferred.
