Construction Project Manager (Chicago)

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage resources efficiently. Occasional remote work is permitted, balancing both in-office and at-home responsibilities.
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Project Coordination.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource optimization.
- Thorough understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction/project management software tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are an advantage.
