Position Overview

Continental Sales Lots 4 Less is seeking a self-motivated part-time Recovery Team Member to join our team who will be responsible for supporting the Sales Floor department.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish merchandise on sales floor
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with product recovery to ensure a well-organized shopping environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist with store housekeeping (spot cleaning restrooms, breakroom, etc.)
• Assist in cart retrieval
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices including signage, pricing, and loss prevention
• Communicate guest requests to management in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Flexible work schedules available (including days, evenings and weekends)
• Ability to lift to 20 pounds
• Comfortable being on your feet for majority of your shift
• Friendly, dependable, punctual with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor and stock area
  • Ability to operate and use equipment necessary to run the store
  • Ability to climb ladders

Pay Rate

Hourly Rate: $16.60 per hour
