Your Role as Dental Patient Care Coordinator:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring guide our patients count on. You’ll help them understand their treatment options, navigate their insurance, and feel empowered every step of the way.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Walk patients through treatment plans with confidence and compassion

• Clearly explain financial options and coordinate insurance benefits

• Help patients schedule follow-up care that works for them

• Work hand-in-hand with our clinical team to deliver seamless, top-tier experiences

• Play an active role in implementing new workflows as we adopt Dentrix Ascend

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

• Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM

• Closed on Thursdays & Sundays

• Have previous dental office experience (treatment coordination, billing, case presentation)

• Are an excellent communicator and naturally organized
