SAP STP Process Expert - 12+ months - ASAP - Freelance
We are looking for an SAP STP Lead to join a global FMCG client.
You will be the process and system expert for the Source-to-Pay stream on a multi-year S/4HANA programme, supporting global design, integration, and quality assurance across AMEA, and MEU, with a key focus on upcoming regional rollouts.
Requirements:
. Strong end-to-end Source-to-Pay business and functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
. Hands-on SAP STP configuration experience across S/4HANA and ECC.
. Background working on global S/4HANA programmes, including fit-gap analysis and design workshops.
. Experience handling global projects and standardising STP business processes for multiple regions (especially AMEA and MEU).
. Techno-functional profile with solid understanding of integration methods between SAP and third-party tools.
. Practical experience with indirect procurement and non-SAP integration tools (eg Coupa, Readsoft, HICX, Tungsten or similar).
. Proven track record in System Integration Testing, E2E and regression testing in complex SAP landscapes.
. Experience leading test teams, managing defects, and using test management tools (qTest preferable).
. Ability to collaborate with internal and external project managers and diverse regional stakeholders.
. Fluent English communication skills and comfortable working in European business hours.
