Responsibilities
- Greet all guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Manage the waitlist and seating flow to ensure efficient service
- Escort guests to tables and provide them with knowlege of any specials
- Communicate clearly with servers and management about table status
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Monitor restaurant flow and adjust seating to support the kitchen and bar
- Assist with light cleaning, resetting tables, and supporting FOH as needed
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and awareness of restaurant flow
