Construction Roofing Project Manager
Experienced roofing project manager wanted! Oversee projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage roofing projects from sale to installation, ensuring smooth execution
- Coordinate with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors to resolve issues
- Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for quality assurance
- Order roofing materials and track timely delivery
- Schedule installations and ensure projects stay on track
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with roofing
- Residential roofing installation experience or general experience in construction/home improvement.
