We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging/Labeling Technician I to join our team at our facility located at Rockford, IL. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged and labeled accurately and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Packaging/Labeling Technician I will assist in various packaging and labeling processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining production equipment and keeping the packaging area clean and organized.

- Document packaging and labeling processes accurately as required.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking packaging supplies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
