The Channel Sales Manager position will work with and under the Head of Channel Sales North America and potentially grow into a Senior Channel Sales Manager position.
You will build and manage strong, productive relationships with our channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You’ll identify and evaluate potential new partners and manage their onboarding while also managing the performance of our existing partners.
- Business development: new and existing resellers partners - Research new Partners in the region to increase the coverage.
- Build and develop the sales revenue for the US independent mid-tier/SMB retailers by identifying and developing a pipeline of prospects, customers, in the retail field to increase the turnover in the area and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and develop deep relationships with current and new partners to ensure proximity in accompanying them to sell to their respective customer base.
- Being side by side and in support of partners in all aspects of selling process to ensure the growth of each of their revenue: business development, prospecting, value definition, ROI calculations, negotiating, closing.
- Define Vertical market and potential new Mid-Tier Partners handling Grocery, Possible new DIY, C-Store, Pet, etc.
- Customer visits – Reseller and end customer travel expected to ensure high level of support for partner on-boarding and success,
- Deploy our new innovations to our partners by up-sell/cross-sell strategy.
- Assist marketing in developing business cases or communications/customer stories.
- Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage his/her customer and prospect base.
Qualifications we’re looking for.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience the candidate must be familiar with selling hardware and software solutions in retail industry with long sales cycle.
- Previous experience of driving channel sales within retail technology space focusing on Grocery.
- Experience with channel/partners (know how to successfully leverage the channel/partners).
- Nice to have Experience in high growth, technology company, SaaS, or Data & Analytics focused business is a plus.
- Nice to have experience in Retail and IoT

- Education:
- BA or BS in Business, a similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
