We’re Hiring: Senior Business Management Consultant

Location: Flexible (Must reside within 1 hour of an international-class airport)
Travel: Client-driven (up to 5 days/week)
Level:  Mid - Senior

Synergetics Installations Worldwide is seeking a seasoned consultant (10–20 years experience) to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across diverse industries. If you’re hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about organizational design and business optimization, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead organizational transformation and business process optimization
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to uncover strategic insights
• Map workflows and value streams to support change initiatives
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver measurable results
• Tell compelling stories with data—through reports, presentations, and workshops

What You Bring

• 10+ years in consulting, finance, or transformation
• Expertise in org design, process mapping, and data analysis
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
