Nurse Practitioner

Our long-term care group in Silvis, IL is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider passionate about caring for seniors in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care: consultations, examinations, prescriptions, and follow-ups
- Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on quality and outcomes
- Partner with facility staff to uphold and enhance care standards
Qualifications:
- Active IL NP license
- Experience in long-term or post-acute care preferred
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday only – no weekends or on-call duties
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130,000–$150,000 annual salary
