In this role, you will collaborate across R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and global commercial teams to ensure product information, configurations, and market communications flow seamlessly. What You Will Do

- Manage and maintain detailed product configurations, part numbers, and cost sheets, ensuring global accuracy and alignment across regions.
- Support global communication flow, including commercial holds, product updates, obsolescence notices, and launch announcements.
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Order Management, and Marketing Communications teams to gather information, track updates, and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Assist in compiling and organizing market insights, customer questions, and regional feedback to share with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
- Help coordinate global marketing projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Support the development of basic marketing materials, global toolkits, and cross‑regional communication assets.
- Contribute to tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing simple reports, and communicating trends or risks to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong digital organization of documentation, folders, cost data, and product information to ensure accessibility for all global partners.
- Demonstrate professional, proactive communication with global colleagues across time zones, ensuring timely follow‑up and clarity on all inquiries.
