Role snapshot

• Install, commission, and service UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers across the U.S.
• Provide remote hotline support when not on the road (phone, email, TeamViewer)
• Refurbish trade-in systems and maintain demo printers at our Elgin, IL facility
• Collaborate with 2nd-level support and engineering in Switzerland to enhance performance
• Complete service-related administrative tasks and reporting
• Pursue continuous learning to maintain and expand technical credentials

Location & travel

• Full-time role based in Elgin, IL
• Regular travel: approximately 40%–75%

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude (strong foundation required)
• Experience installing/servicing printers preferred
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Live near Elgin, IL or be willing and able to relocate
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
