Multiple Manufacturing Openings – 9 Immediate Roles

TekPro is hiring for 9 immediate openings for a leading aerospace manufacturer.1️⃣ Production Supervisor – CNC Machining (1st & 2nd Shift)- Lead daily CNC machining operations

• Coach & develop operators; support setups

• Drive safety, quality & production goals

• Lean/5S experience preferred

• 2+ years machining experience; leadership preferred

2️⃣ Advanced Manufacturing Engineer & Quoting Specialist - Develop accurate quotes for complex machined parts

• Use CAM (TopSolid, Mastercam, Esprit, etc.) for cycle-time estimation

• Lead DFM reviews & cost modeling

• Aerospace/defense experience preferred

• 5+ years CNC machining/manufacturing engineering

3️⃣ CNC Machining Quotation Engineer / Estimator - Review RFQs, drawings & CAD models

• Develop cost estimates (labor, materials, outside services)

• Ensure AS9100/ITAR compliance

• 3–5+ years precision machining experience

4️⃣ CMM Operator (Zeiss & LK) – 2nd Shift - Operate Zeiss & LK CMMs (Calypso/CAMIO)

• Perform first article, in-process & final inspections

• Interpret GD&T & blueprints

• 2+ years CMM experience preferred

5️⃣ Quality Engineer – Metals Machining - Lead APQP, FMEA, PPAP & control plans

• Ensure AS9100 compliance

• Drive root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why)

• 3–5+ years aerospace/precision machining quality experience

6️⃣ Shipping & Receiving Attendant II – 1st Shift - ERP-driven shipping, receiving & inventory control

• Generate BOLs & coordinate freight

• Forklift/material handling required

• 2+ years ERP/WMS experience

7️⃣ Tooling Engineer - Optimize tooling strategies for titanium, alloys & stainless

• Improve tool life & reduce cycle times

• Support CNC multi-axis operations

• 5+ years tooling/process engineering experience

8️⃣ Zeiss CMM Programmer – 2nd Shift - Program Zeiss CMMs using Calypso

• Lead AS9102 First Article Inspections

• Interpret complex GD&T & CAD models

• 5+ years CMM programming experience

9️⃣ Additional Production Supervisor – CNC Machining (1st & 2nd Shift)- Supervise machining teams

• Manage labor, overtime & performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• CNC background required
