Now Hiring: General Manager – Pub & Eatery
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Our established Pub & Eatery is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional hospitality.
About the Role
The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including front- and back-of-house operations, staff leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This is a leadership position for someone who sets the tone, leads by example, and builds a strong, service-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pub & kitchen operations
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll
- Control inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Monitor financial performance, P&L, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Create promotions and events to increase traffic and revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant or pub management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage cost controls
- Experience managing P&L statements
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
