Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, values-aligned Director of Operations to oversee and elevate operations across all Ethos MedSpa locations. This leader will ensure operational excellence, strong team performance, exceptional patient experiences, and support for our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction across all clinics.
• Ensure daily operations fully reflect the ETHOS culture and uphold our standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support managers and multi-location teams to achieve performance goals.
• Develop, refine, and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee staffing models, recruitment alignment, and workforce planning across markets.
• Ensure adherence to medical compliance, patient safety protocols, and best practices.
• Manage KPIs, P&L performance, operational metrics, and forecasting with leadership.
• Support growth initiatives, including new locations, new service lines, and provider onboarding.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost management.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and patient experience leadership.
• Foster an environment of accountability, communication, respect, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership experience within a medical spa, dermatology practice, or plastic surgery office.
• Multi-location management experience is required.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and unify teams.
• Deep understanding of medical aesthetics services, compliance, and operational flow.
• Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and operational reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and clear alignment with ETHOS values.
• Highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting rapid growth or multi-state expansion.
• Training, quality assurance, or process development background.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting experience.
