Call Center Sales Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-first team where strong communication skills and sales instincts shine. This onsite, Naperville-based Call Center Sales Representative role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, connecting with customers and turning conversations into opportunities. What’s the job?
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers
Assist customers with current services while confidently upselling additional products
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Update and maintain customer records across internal systems
Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
What’s needed?
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work onsite five days per week in Naperville
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, not required
