COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered (Airfare, lodging, mileage, rental car & fuel)

• Lodging Cap: $150/night before taxes/fees (no incidentals permitted)

• Rental Car: Mid-Size (Apr–Nov), Mid-Size 4WD SUV (Dec–Mar)

• Holiday Bonus: $500 for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Interventional cardiology procedures as clinically indicated

• General cardiology care during weekend shifts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Illinois license (IMLC not accepted)

• Board: Board Certified in Cardiology (Interventional)

• DEA: Active DEA Certification required

• Certifications: ACLS, CSR

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty

• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide interventional and general cardiology services during weekend call shifts

• Participate in 24-hour weekend call coverage two weekends per month

• Round on patients Saturday and Sunday (4–5 hours each day)

• Respond to emergent patient needs with a 30-minute response time

• Provide clear documentation of patient encounters and interventions
