What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping people : Provide exceptional service to clients, both new and existing – making sure they get the best coverage for their needs
• Building relationships : Use your bilingual skills (Spanish and English) to connect with a wide range of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Selling with heart : Educate customers on our insurance products and how they help protect what matters most in their lives
• Keeping it real : Answer client questions, solve problems, and offer personalized insurance advice
• Having fun : Work in a supportive and vibrant team environment where every day brings something new!

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual? YES! Spanish and English skills are a must
• People person : You love meeting new people, chatting with customers, and building lasting relationships
• Motivated : You’re driven to succeed, and you love the challenge of sales (or you’re ready to learn!)
• Tech-savvy : Comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks and stay organized
• Positive attitude : You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” approach to everything you do
• No insurance experience? No problem! We’ll train you to become an expert
