Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

A global leader in premium beverage manufacturing is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to support its North American operations. In this role, you’ll serve as the connective thread between customers and operations—bringing precision, urgency and a polished approach to every interaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the full lifecycle of customer orders within ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Act as a key contact for customers, providing timely and professional updates

• Collaborate with planning, production and logistics to ensure seamless execution

• Anticipate and communicate inventory risks, shortages or delays

• Resolve discrepancies and service challenges with efficiency and care

• Leverage service metrics (OTIF, fill rate) to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field

• 0–3 years of experience (internships included)

• ERP exposure (SAP preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment
