Banquet Server

Staffmax is currently seeking Banquet Servers for a 2-week event-based contract. This position offers flexible, short-term work supporting special events.

Contract Length: 2 weeks
Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

• Clear tables, including dishes, glassware, and utensils

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas

• Support event breakdown and room resets between functions

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

• Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is an asset

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and varied shifts

• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
