Water Street (Gift Department) Sales Associate

Water Street Boutique - Located adjacent to the Whitmore Ace Hardware is looking for positive, outgoing, customer orientated associates to join our team. Both Full and Part time positions are available.

Summary/Objective

Associates work as part of a team to offer outstanding customer service and provide a unique shopping experience for our customers. At Water Street you will assist shoppers as they shop our selection of home items, jewelry, and gifts for themselves or others. You will answer questions and suggest items to fit their shopping needs.

Essential Functions

· Greeting and Assisting and making a connection with customers

· Asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs

· Providing information on the products we carry in our stores

· Assisting with merchandising products and routine store maintenance

· Participate in ongoing product and job knowledge and customer service skills training
