Global Product Marketing Manager
- Lead the development and execution of global product launch plans, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with diverse global audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive landscaping, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, regulatory, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial success.
- Develop and manage global marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Track and analyze product performance, identifying trends and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Serve as a product expert, educating internal teams and external stakeholders on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in upstream marketing, product management, or similar, preferably with a device connectivity portfolio (hardware and software).
- Experience developing products for the operating room (OR) and working on integration and connected products in the OR is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of effective cross-organizational collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 15%.
