Sales Representative
LaSalle Network has partnered a global leader in the development of innovative medical and aesthetic devices. The company specializes in cutting-edge laser technologies, radiofrequency (RF), and ultrasound equipment for a wide range of applications, primarily focused on aesthetics, dermatology, and medical procedures.
Their team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating sales for service contracts, billable services, and maintenance agreements, as well as ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Compensation: Base salary of $50k + uncapped commission, with a total compensation potential based on performance

Job Summary:
In this role, the Sales Representative will engage with both existing and prospective customers to generate new business, nurture long-term relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll work cross-functionally with various teams to provide seamless customer support, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to generate sales for service contracts, billable services, PMs, service parts, etc
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities from the existing customer base using calls, emails, and Salesforce campaigns
- Generate, send, and follow up on contract quotes to customers
- Maintain up-to-date contract and warranty information in CRM and ERP databases.
- Schedule and conduct regular follow-up touchpoints with customers post-sale.
- Notify customers of expiring contracts for maintenance and warranties.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Provide clear, tailored service offerings to customers based on their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Continuously develop and implement unique sales strategies and ideas to drive new business.
- Foster a positive sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, consistently exceeding sales goals while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to close sales deals and persist with customer follow-up
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with deadlines.
- Experience handling customer objections and closing sales deals.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent sitting and occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel Requirements:
- This position requires up to 10% travel as needed
