Why This Role Is Valuable

The Vice President, Head of Business Partner Experience (BPE) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving Revantage’s partner (client) engagement strategy. This individual will work closely with regional heads and partner engagement leads to ensure that our partners—Blackstone investments and portfolio companies—receive best-in-class support, communication, and relationship management. The VP, Head of BPE will develop and manage the strategy, day-to-day program and specific initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction, foster collaboration, and align Revantage’s services with partner priorities.

Objectives

  • Develop and continually refine the Business Partner Engagement strategy, focused on relationship management and value creation for Blackstone and its portfolio companies

  • Create and drive exceptional partner experience through consistent, proactive and high-quality support delivered by a unified and aligned Revantage team

  • Ensure the organization (Revantage) has deep understanding of each partner’s businesses, priorities, and strategies

  • Manage Revantage’s reputation as a trusted, value-adding partner to Blackstone and its portfolio companies

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Partner with region head to design and execute the overall BPE strategy, ensuring alignment with Revantage’s mission and partner priorities

  • Develop and refine program frameworks, processes, training and tools to support efficient partner engagement and communication

  • Collaborate with other regional teams to understand partner landscapes and explore opportunities to expand partner experience program globally

Business Planning & Strategic Alignment

  • Organize and facilitate annual joint business planning meetings with partners to discuss priorities and align strategy and objectives

  • Enable effective communication of partner strategies and objectives to Revantage organization for increased partner understanding

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze partner feedback, engagement lead feedback, and program performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement

  • Execute improvement opportunities within the BPE team and in coordination with cross functional teams

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in partner experience across the organization

Program Coordination

  • Engagement Lead Coordination

    • Oversee and coordinate the activities of Engagement Leads assigned to each partner, ensuring consistent delivery of the BPE program

    • Facilitate regular meetings with Engagement Leads to review partner feedback, share best practices, and address challenges

    • Ensure each partner has a dedicated Engagement Lead serving as their single point of contact

  • Program Administration

    • Monitor monthly partner meetings and semi-annual partner surveys, ensuring opportunities for continuous feedback and issue escalation

    • Oversee the process for partner issues and risk management, ensuring effective engagement and communication throughout mitigation and resolution activities

    • Coordinate the delivery of semi-annual partner survey and development and execution of tailored action plans for partners

    • Develop and/or manage tools and materials for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., meeting content, talking points, business updates, contact cards)

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management or related field

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, client management, customer experience, or related fields, often with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business impact

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience

  • Demonstrated success and experience at a Consulting firm or equivalent

  • Proven experience in developing direct reports and successfully leading cross-functional teams throughout the organization

  • Proven experience developing and managing client relationships to deliver best in class service

  • Demonstrated success working effectively with all levels of an organization, including C-suite

  • Expert verbal and written communication skills and experience in leading communications strategy

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement

  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft office, and related business intelligence tools

Preferred:

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or other relevant master's degrees that emphasize leadership, strategy, and relationship management.

Base Compensation Range :

$256,000.00 To $279,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation : This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
