Job Description

5+ years of Project Management experience, hands on program and project management in application development working closely with product teams

Experience working on projects in the Marketing Technology space

Program Management needed: Experience managing a group of projects that all ladder up into a larger initiative at a Program Manager level (not just managing an individual workstream)

Understanding of how the IT systems connect, dependencies, sequencing of events for project launch

Soft skills are key, know how to manage stakeholders, communication skills, risk management, dependency tracking

Someone who can read between the lines and push back for information, hold people accountable to deliverables while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Experience managing Rag Status

General understanding of budget and how it's being used, filling out a monthly financial report

Skills And Requirements

This Program Manager will be working for a global hotel company. They are being brought in to support the Marketing Technology team for a CMS landing page project, and after that will continue to work on various projects in the MarTech Space such as: Customer Data Platform, Braze email migration, ancillary, and personalization projects. For this initial CMS project, this will involve highly cross functional program level work, working on this CMS application that is utilized by 3-4 corporate teams. The work involves re-designing all of their landing page capabilities, as landing pages are distributed across 3 different systems. CMS experience working in MarTech
