Senior Project Manager - Software Development

This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.

VIATechnik is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple, high‑impact software development projects from early planning through deployment. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and clients to turn ambiguity into execution‑and execution into result s.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Over your first year, success in this role means:

• Delivering multiple software projects end‑to‑end -on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
• Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
• Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow‑through
• Adapting quickly to change -shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies -without losing momentum
• Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
• Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
• Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision‑making across projects

Compensation and featured benefits

• $135,000 – $150,000 , and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70‑95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
