Shift Leader
Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar
NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our Chicago-based team. This is a non-exempt position.
Full time hours MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required
• Food Handler is required
• Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods
• Exceptional written and verbal skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Previous leadership role and
Bartending experience is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT• Standing for long periods of time
• Frequent squatting, twisting, lifting, carrying of products
• Frequent hand washing
• Working in extreme temperatures
• Exposure to loud noises
• Exposure to working in close spaces Benefits:
