We are currently hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing and restoration projects, work with insurance adjusters, and deliver excellent customer service from start to finish. If you're driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of your work, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial roofing, Exterior & Storm restoration projects
• Perform property inspections and document storm damage
• Create estimates using Xactimate software
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Use CRM software to track leads, jobs, and client communication
• Schedule and coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
• Generate new business through networking and referrals

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales and project management (roofing or restoration preferred)
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• Familiar with CRM platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated , reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation:

• Full commission position with uncapped earning potential
• Paid training for the first 8 weeks
