Top producing real estate team is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to work with our clients from the point of offer to closing. Candidate must be a Lake County (IL) resident, and able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

• Serve as the primary support by providing regular status updates, answering questions, and coordinating all aspects of the transaction timeline.
• Manage assigned files from contract execution through closing, including tracking deadlines for inspections, appraisals, earnest money deadlines, other contingencies, and financing conditions.
• Maintain organized transaction files, update our CRM with progress notes, and document all communications.
• Provide agents with clear, timely, and professional updates on transactions status, and document requirements.
• Must be extremely computer savvy.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Possess EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail. We are a multi-million-dollar real estate team, and there is little margin for error in our office.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Spectacular organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple files in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Must be a quick learner and an excellent problem solver.
• Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, at times having the ability to think outside the box.
• Professional, calm demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Flexibility to respond to emails outside of typical business hours as needed.

Prior experience in real estate, particularly in a paralegal or closing role, is highly preferred.
