Sterile Processing Production Coordinator - Elmhurst, IL
Location: Elmhurst, IL.
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
13-week contract → Temp to Hire.
Start Date: Asap.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sterile processing operations and workflow.
- Ensure proper decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of instruments.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and quality standards.
- Support and guide SPD staff across shifts.
- Collaborate with OR teams to ensure timely instrument availability.
Requirements:
- CRCST Certification (required).
- Prior sterile processing experience.
- Leadership or coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization standards and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
