About the Role:
As a Robotics Sr Technician, you will be responsible for the advanced installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic, mechanical, and robotic automation equipment and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production and distribution processes.
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, and test complex manufacturing systems to maintain process efficiency.
Review technical specifications and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance of mechatronic systems, modules, and components.
Troubleshoot, identify, and repair large equipment and systems to prevent problems and failures.
Work with machine operators to detect equipment problems, identify malfunctions, and verify system problems.
Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
Provide technical and safety training to junior technicians.
Support efficiency improvement activities for the site and network when needed.
Advise equipment control manager of necessary changes to the system to facilitate better functioning and reduction in overall cost.
Ensure that the equipment and facilities adhere to all OSHA rules and regulations.
Verify that the traveler and bill of materials are correct, and assist in any material discrepancy activities.
Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines.
Develop new and efficient methods to measure the weight of pallets that leave and enter the facility.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
What You'll Need:
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a diploma.
Valid driver's license and completion of an apprenticeship required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Basic math skills - ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $82,368 annually [or $39.60 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $91,520 annually [or $44 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
