About Our Client

Addison Group is hiring a full cycle Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client , a stable and growing packaging organization. This role supports day-to-day customer interactions, order processing, pricing, and shipment coordination within a collaborative onsite environment.

Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role is largely email-based with limited daily phone communication and works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Customer Service
• Entering customer orders in SAP and Salesforce
• Continued communication with customers over phone and email
• Provide pricing, quotes, PO's, checking available inventory in SAP
• Handling customer returns, track and trace orders
• Following up on order statuses for customers
• Updating customers regarding their orders and delivery status
• Working in SAP and Salesforce and within Excel - updating order spreadsheets

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer service role supporting physical products
• Packaging industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM systems; ERP exposure such as SAP is a plus
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Schaumburg
