**PPC Specialist — Google Ads & LSA for US Home Services (Remote, LATAM)**

ARMA Agency is a US marketing agency that drives leads for home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and more). We're hiring a remote PPC specialist based in Latin America to manage and scale lead-generation campaigns for our clients.

This is a focused role: we generate leads through Google Search Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA). We're not looking for an all-platform generalist — we want real depth in Google lead gen for contractors, run through AI-driven workflows.

**What you'll do**

Build, manage, and optimize Google Search and LSA campaigns for US home-service clients, with a relentless focus on cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality. Critically, you'll operate ad accounts through AI — connecting AI tools directly to client accounts (via MCP connectors, APIs, or scripts) and running campaigns by directing the AI against the live account, rather than clicking manually through the interface. You'll own keyword research, negative keywords, conversion tracking, budget pacing, and optimization across multiple client accounts.

**Must-have (most important first)**

Ability to manage ad accounts through AI. This is our key requirement and the main filter. You can connect AI directly to a Google Ads / Meta account — through MCP connectors (e.g. Pipeboard, Google Ads MCP), the Google Ads API / Meta Marketing API, or scripts (Google Ads Scripts, Python) — and operate campaigns by tasking the AI and validating its output, not by manual clicking. This is verified through a paid practical test, not by your word.

2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with real accounts on the US or Canadian market (not course case studies). You think in CPL and lead quality, not e-commerce ROAS. Solid command of keyword research, negative keywords, conversion tracking, and lead generation. Working-level English for US client communication.

You must have experience in at least one home-service niche: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling, garage doors, pest control, cleaning, or pool services. Even one of these counts.

**Nice-to-have**

Google Local Services Ads (LSA). CallRail, GoHighLevel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Familiarity with the Claude API / LLM-based generation of creatives and reports. Agency experience managing multiple client accounts rather than a single in-house brand.

**Please don't apply if**

You've only worked in e-commerce, only run Meta Ads, have no home-services experience, can't show real lead results, can't explain how you set up conversion tracking — or you can only operate ad accounts manually and have never driven them through AI/API/scripts.
