Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly! We are recruiting for our North America region where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people based from our New York and Chicago offices. Consultants based in the USA will support clients across the Americas with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

What will you be doing?

• Manage multiple projects, designing transformation programs for large, complex organizations

• You will lead and coach project teams, develop negotiation strategies, and oversee projects onsite for 1-2 days a week

• You will engage senior client executives, becoming a trusted advisor, and inspire teams to achieve high results

• Additionally, you will focus on business development, meeting significant sales targets, and leverage your network for recruitment activities

• Your role will emphasize strategic thinking and creating tailored solutions for clients
