Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Fill Technician to support operations and maintenance at our facility. This position involves hands-on work with high-pressure gas and cryogenic systems, preventative maintenance tasks, and basic data entry using tools such as ALTO and Google Sheets.

Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cryogenic and high-pressure systems.
• Assist with filling trailers with hydrogen and nitrogen gases in a safe and efficient manner.
  
• Operate and monitor instrumentation, control panels, and HMIs.
  
• Accurately input data into ALTO and maintain logs in Google Sheets.
  
• Maintain the inventory of parts and supplies.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of required PPE.
  
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.

Skills Required

• Valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years of mechanical/industrial experience in one or more of the following areas: Cryogenics, High-pressure piping, Pumping systems, Instrumentation, Programmable controls
  
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs
  
• Proficiency in basic math and data entry (Google Sheets, ALTO)
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Highschool diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Environment: Outdoor industrial setting (not office-based)
• PPE Required: Flame-Resistant Clothing (FRC), safety glasses, and steel toe boots (provided if needed)
• Chemical Exposure: LH2, LN2, GH2, motor oil
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs
• Height Exposure: Up to 5 feet
