We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

· Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

· Research target companies and decision-makers using online tools and databases, AI tools.

· Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

· Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified leads.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the IT or tech sector.

· Proven ability to cold call and engage prospects effectively.

· Strong skills in online research and using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Self-motivated self-starter, driven, and comfortable working independently.

· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

· Share the LinkedIn profiles along with the application.
