The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment to take on the role as our Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. This position is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Make customers aware and offer company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Seeking candidate who is bilingual.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service challenges.
