Travel Nurse Contract OBGYN Registered Nurse (RN) Jobs – Ottawa, Illinois Healthcare Opportunity
Seeking an experienced OBGYN Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nurse contract in Ottawa, IL. - Location: Ottawa, IL 61350 (Illinois nursing jobs)
- Healthcare Setting: OBGYN Unit (14 beds; 11 nursery beds)
- Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: December 15, 2025
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days: 7a-7p or Nights: 7p-7a), every other weekend required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2470 - $2540
- Charting System: Epic (Stork), Obix central fetal monitoring
- Active Illinois RN license (Illinois healthcare jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of recent OBGYN nursing experience
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NRP certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Must pass a drug screen (OSF is a Drug Free Campus)
- Comfortable wearing scrubs (dress code)
- Deliver patient care for preeclampsia and manage Magnesium therapy
- Manage labor and provide postpartum care for mothers
- Care for newborns and assist with deliveries as needed
- Utilize Obix central fetal monitoring and Epic (Stork) for clinical charting
- Complete a 12-hour orientation and training program upon arrival
- Follow AWONN staffing guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios
