Your Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, demonstrating expertise and addressing ongoing needs.
Lead client meetings throughout the wealth planning process, identifying challenges and offering innovative solutions.
Collaborate with a team of wealth advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including personalized investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.
Partner with strategic collaborators to support the growth of new client relationships.
Continue professional development and contribute to the growth of the team.
Provide training and mentorship to colleagues, helping to build a high-performing advisory team.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
10+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or related fields.
Must hold Series 65, CFP, or CFA certification.

Desired Skills & Expertise
Extensive experience in wealth management, including fee-based consulting, tax planning, mutual funds, money manager programs, insurance, and overall financial planning.
Proven success working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Proficiency with financial planning and investment software (e.g., eMoney and MoneyGuide Pro).
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Proven ability to mentor and develop talent within the team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
