A hospital pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist with recent inpatient experience. This 13-week contract position begins on 3/23, offering a mix of day and evening shifts with rotating weekends.
Location:
- Evanston, IL
Schedule:
- Days and evenings
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities include:
- Performing typical inpatient pharmacy duties such as verifying and checking medications
- Supervising pharmacy technicians
- IV admixture verification
- Utilizing EPIC electronic medical records system
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience required
- Active Illinois Pharmacist license
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system preferred
- Ability to supervise technicians effectively
This contract opportunity requires immediate availability and comes with an 8-hour weekly non-billable time component. Candidates must submit an updated resume highlighting any employment gaps over 30 days, a completed skills checklist, two inpatient references, and a copy of their Illinois pharmacist license. Please include your requested time off (RTO) with your application.
