Reports to Senior Sales & Distribution Manager

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the online and wholesale sales channels, creating and updating ecommerce sales pages, and assists in managing the inventory levels of physical products in all warehouses.

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product information in the Word on Fire Shopify stores

• Troubleshoot store issues as they arise

• Add or change store processes and functionality for a better customer experience and conversion rate

• Collect, compile, and upload product images and descriptions across all ecommerce sales platforms

• Build, modify, update, and remove content across all ecommerce sales platforms

• Assist with inventory management across all warehouses

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of the product database software and metadata

• Manage multiple Amazon sales channels by inputting product information and availability

• Troubleshoot Amazon issues as they arise

• Manage the data feed between the product database and wholesale partners to accurately communicate product information

• Assist with other marketing and ecommerce tasks as needed

Requirements

• Commitment to the mission of Word on Fire
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Results-oriented, independent self-starter, and expert time manager
• Creative problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Familiarity with the work of Bishop Robert Barron and Word on Fire

• Experience in Shopify or a similar online sales platform

• Familiarity with HTML coding
