We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for working with various machinery within our facility and ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met while assembling product. These roles require attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We encourage candidates with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow within our company to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Machine Operator. This is a temporary / seasonal position that is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday Only.

Base Pay : $20

Shift Hours :

1st Shift: 6am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday

2nd Shift: 2pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Perform visual quality control inspections, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Package products to meet high quality standards
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have Machine Operator Experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Basic understanding of production and plant processes; Experience with assembly processes and quality control measures is beneficial
• Must be detail-oriented
• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 40lbs, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time

Additional Requirements

• Must pass physical with lifting and breathing apparatus requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification
• Training – 1st shift training may occur after hire.
• Reliable transportation
